I will take every care to make sure your order is safe and snuggly packed, and do my upmost to make sure it arrives safe and sound.
Orders are posted UK 1st Class Royal Mail, signed for, and recorded next day, when necessary.
International parcels are usually sent standard Airmail for all overseas purchases. Please see the section below for current international postage updates, in particular EU orders.
COVID - I'd like to assure you at this time, that all extra measures have been put in place to ensure that your items will be produced and packaged in a clean and safe environment. I am still minimising my trips to the post office, and currently posting out once a week. If there are any major delays to your order, or if I feel it is no longer safe or sensible for me to continue posting, I will contact you immediately if your order is affected.
Unfortunately there are currently substantial delays on all items being posted to the EU from the UK. Due to this, I am currently unable to accept any orders for ceramic pieces from EU countries, due to the risk of damage that could occur whilst in this prolonged transit. (With the exception of smaller pieces, such as brooches.) I am sorry for any inconvenience. I am still accepting EU orders for prints and greetings cards, but pleased be aware, these too are taking some time to arrive.
Jeff Josephine Designs will not be held responsible for customs or duty fees. If you are purchasing internationally (unfortunately now including EU countries), please check for possible customs fees before placing an order.
1st July 2020 - postage costs on all parcels to the US have now increased significantly from the UK. I have sadly had to increase my shipping costs accordingly. Paper based orders such as prints and cards should be unaffected. However, combined print orders with ceramics will incur these higher costs.
Due to the fragile nature of my ceramic items, I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. For this reason I don't accept returns on ceramic items.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or deem an item to be faulty, please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order and I will do my best to rectify any problems. Please do not send your item back without contacting me first.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in a perfect saleable condition, including any product packaging.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of item.
